herbal hot stone massage
Our herbal hot stone treatment is different to the hot stone massages many others offer, we use a herbal blend of Lemongrass, Lemon Myrtle, St Johns Wart, Fennel & Nutmeg is placed into a cloth with the stone and wrapped tightly, then heated in a combination of Grapeseed oil and Shae butter.
This combination of herbs are known to be deeply relaxing easing symptoms of anxiety and insomnia, soothing for the skin, aid in digestion and assist with muscle and joint aches and spasms. While these two oils are known to lower inflammation, stimulate cognitive activity, increase circulation and hydrate and shield the skin.
This full body massage sequence is designed to be deeply relaxing while focusing on heating those common problem area, while it is not designed to be therapeutic the heat and relaxation will still improve muscle soreness.
