The side-lying position also allows for easy access to the hips, glutes, lower back and upper back for your therapist, areas that are a common concern during pregnancy. Here at Oriana Wellness we do also have the option to use a very comfortable support system that allows you to safely lay face down in the first half of your pregnancy, this is something that is only used if requested.
